Mahalabia a delicious 4-ingredient rice pudding that is so easy to make and a dessert that my family makes only during Ramadan ( An Islamic Holy Month where you fast from sunrise to sunset). You can top the rice pudding with crushed pistachio, ground cinnamon, mixed nuts and/or coconut shreds. I love topping it with just ground cinnamon – SO SO Good! This dessert is a warm hug in a cup!
