Ingredients

cloves of garlic

or finely chopped sun-dried tomato

olives

red crushed pepper

capers

anchovy paste

freshly grated parmesan

diced cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Sauce
On medium to low heat, add olive oil, garlic and red crushed pepper and allow to cook for 1 minute to get the oil fragrant.
Then add the anchovy paste and sun-dried tomato paste (or finely chopped sun dried tomato)
Then and the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the pasta water and stir. Add the olives and capers and bring to a boil then lower the heat and allow to simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Top the pasta with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
