What we ate?
There are 5 dinning options at this property:
- The Kitchen
- Morena
- Beach Club
- Inari
- Brava
The Kitchen (Breakfast/ Brunch)
The breakfast was at KITCHEN, a beautiful restaurant overlooking the crystal blue water, and is one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever experienced. I would come back here just for the breakfast.
The breakfast was la carte and included – a traditional Turkish spread ( breads, olives, cucumbers, dried fruits, jams, seasonal fruits, Turkish cheese, sausage and so much more), fresh juices, wellness shots, various drinks (coffee, teas, lattes), bagels, pancakes, French toast, yogurt bowls etc. — the entire experience was something to look forward to every morning. Also, everyone that served us were passionate, accommodating and so kind.
KITCHEN was just awarded a Michelin Star in the Guide’s first year in Bodrum, 2024. Well deserved for sure.
MORENA (Lunch)
Morena is a relaxed and casual beachside restaurant. You can order from their menu while lounging at the beach, at your room, or dine in. We ordered from Morena several times and loved everything. Here is everything we ordered:
- truffle mushroom pizza
- margarita pizza
- dynamite shrimp
- popcorn chicken
- fish of the day
- truffle fries
- bean salsa and corn chips
- Turkish pide
- fresh juices
- ice cream
The Kitchen ( Dinner)
For dinner, we ate and the The Kitchen. The food and vibes at the kitchen was incredible. For starters, we were served olive garlic bread and an herb oil butter, as well tasters. Here is everything we ordered:
- Hummus , wild mushrooms, crispy onion, organic paprika butter and poppy seed
- Mushroom Truffle pasta with walnuts
- Rock Seabass with clams, peas in a oyster sauce
Inari ( Dinner)
Our last night we ate at Inari. This restaurant is an Asian Fusion — a Japanese-inspired dinner menu celebrating the freshness and diversity of Turkish produce. Here is everything we ordered:
- creamy corn soup
- crispy calamari
- dynamite shrimp
- spicy Edamame
- sushi
- vegetable stir fry
- dessert platter
