Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

red onion thinly sliced
Sauce

tomato paste

juice of one lemon
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, all the spices, finely chopped parsley, grated onion, minced garlic, olive oil and mix.
Pre heat oven 400 F
Mould meat onto skewers and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In large pan, add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, some olive oil and salt and pepper.
Place the skewers on top. In a cup, add tomato paste, water, lemon juice and mix. Pour the sauce over the kofta.
Place on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with fries, tahini and rice or you can make sandwiches. Enjoy!
