It’s officially pomegranate season, and my favorite way to enjoy them is to make this delicious creamy pomegranate dressing. This dressing is so versatile and can be enjoyed with a beet arugula salad, nourish fall harvest bowl, and/or veggie wrap. Pomegranates are not only delicious, but they are also nutritious — high in vitamin C, potassium, & a great source of fiber.



Creamy Pomegranate Dessing
Equipment
- hand held blender
 
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pomegranate
 - 1/2 cup EVVO
 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
 - 1 lemon, juice
 - 1 tbsp tahini, unsalted
 - 1/2 – 1 tbsp organic dried oregano
 - salt, to taste
 - black pepper, to taste
 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 
Instructions
- In a container or blender, add all your ingredients.
 - Using a hand held blender or another high powered blender, blend on low speed and gradually increase to high.
 - Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
